WEDDING CAKES
Please note that we work exclusively with buttercream and do not create cakes covered in fondant icing.
Consultations take place at our kitchen in Staverton, by the marina. You are encouraged to bring along ribbon and fabric samples, invitations, flower ideas, a photo of your wedding dress, and anything else important to you in order to help us design the perfect cake for your special day.
A limited number of wedding cake commissions are accepted each season to ensure a high level of attention to detail in each cake created.
Semi-Iced Cakes
This seasons on-trend wedding cake, the semi-iced finish is ideal for those who fancy something more modern.
Buttercream
Go for a vintage look with one of our buttercream cakes, beautifully decorated with handmade posies to match your colour scheme.
Naked Cakes
Get as creative as you like with one of our popular Naked Cakes: finish with fresh fruits, handmade shortbread, mini macarons, chocolates, or retro sweeties.
Chocolate
Choose white, marble, or dark Belgian chocolate pencils for this extravagant cake and finish with your favourite chocolates and flowers to match your bouquet.

The cost of your cake very much depends on how many guests you are having at your celebration and your chosen design, and we really need to discuss design ideas before we can give you a final quote.
A basic cake for 75 people would start from £235.
What's included?
Your wedding cake.
Additional decorations as discussed, such as flowers, fruits & berries, meringues, macarons, shortbreads, and sweets.
Delivery within 8 miles (for cakes over £150).
Wedding day cake set up (please allow 90 minutes).
What's not included?
Cake stand (but we do hire out our beautiful cake stands).
Cake topper (we are happy to source this for you).
Table decorations and stationery.
Delivery beyond 8 miles from our kitchen (£2 per mile).
Book a Tasting Session
If you'd like to sample some flavours and discuss your cake we offer tasting sessions for £20 for two people. This includes up to four cake flavours and six buttercreams: flavour options
Once you have confirmed all the finer details of your cake order with us, we need to take a deposit of £50 to secure your order and date. This can be paid in cash or by cheque, bank transfer or Paypal. The balance is then due 6 weeks before your celebration.
